Cringleford 

Cringleford has seen a huge development over the past few years with more and more homes coming to the area. With the recent development in Cringleford you are more likely to find a new build home. With this however has been an increase in house prices with the average sitting around £300,000 for the local area.

Trowse 

Trowse is one of the most sought after areas in Norwich, and is also one of the closest to the city centre. Fit with a ski slope to add a difference, the area is great for those looking for a quiet, but convenient location. Travel is not as frequent to this area, however cycling into work is easy considering its close proximity. 

In terms of schooling, Trowse does have its own primary school which has been rated good to outstanding by ofsted. If you are looking for a high school then you will need to head into the city centre or on the outskirts.

As one of the most sought after areas, you will pay a premium to live here. Average house price is around £350,000 and goes upwards from there. There has also been a large development in the area to cope with the demand. So the chances of buying a home are greatly improved.

Thorpe St Andrew

Thorpe St Andrew is around a 13 minute drive from the city centre so is perfect for those who are working locally. In terms of other transport it can be accessed via a number of buses which run regularly throughout the day. 

In terms of schools, Thorpe St Andrew have their own school and sixth form. As one of the best schools in the local area they have been rated as Good and Outstanding across a number of ofsted reports. The facilities at the school are also very modern, so will suit a range of requirements.
